Decorative face sculpture white tea set

A cool white tea set, a bit off the beaten track, as often found in more contemporary Nordic culture. The teapot has been shaped with a clean face, which is repeated around the teapot. Same multi-sided pattern for cups. The faces have very graphic different golden eyes on each of the 6 faces and a few stylized teardrops also golden on the cheeks. The lid tops this soft and unusual face with its golden button. 

Nice capacity for the teapot: more than 1L, cups are more like mugs.

This is what arouses the greatest interest among the guests. the faces are hand painted in quality gold overglaze. Beautiful ceramic that will suit all teas... Or other!
