Ceramic teapot marvellous oil drop

This wonderful ceramic teapot oil drop is a Jian Zhan. A ceramic made from natural elements rich in iron, which gives a very hard porcelain and these fairy-tale results.

A quick reminder, Jian Zhan results from a happy combination of iron-rich clay, vegetable ash, fired at 1300°, then an exceptional glaze based on natural ores. All added to oil and water, causes extraordinary crystals with incredible colors. Here we have the "oil drop" glaze. No two models can be identical.
