Modern tea set on bamboo tray

A Japanese-style tea service with the warm presence of bamboo. Not only for the tray but also for the lid of the teapot and the base of the cups/mugs. The practical side of Japanese service: The notches cut into the tray to support the teapot and cups while it is moving. The design is contemporary, the sober and pure lines going to the essential, to stability, to elegance. We recognize all the Asian ceremonial in this tea service, valid for all teas elsewhere.
